At IMP Biomed, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases and services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be provided for our digital products (eBooks) and services (consultancy, web design, AI solutions).
1. Refund Policy for eBooks
Digital Nature of eBooks
All eBooks sold through https://impbiomed.com are delivered digitally. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds once the file has been successfully downloaded.
Exceptions
A refund may only be granted under the following circumstances:
- You were charged twice for the same eBook due to a technical error.
- The eBook file is corrupted or unreadable, and we are unable to provide a functional replacement within 48 hours of notification.
- You accidentally purchased the wrong eBook and notify us within 24 hours of purchase before downloading the file.
2. Refund Policy for Services (Consultancy, Web Design, AI Solutions)
Pre-Paid Consultancy Services
- Refunds for consultancy services will only be considered if you cancel the service before work has begun.
- Once work has started, refunds are not available for time already invested.
Web Design & AI Services
- All projects begin with a clearly defined scope of work agreed upon by both parties.
- If a project is canceled by the client after work has started, a partial refund may be considered based on the work completed up to that point.
- No refunds will be provided for completed and delivered work.
Changes & Revisions
- Once a project is delivered, further revisions may incur additional charges, depending on the nature of the revision request.
- Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction resulting from changes in your own requirements after the project has started.
3. How to Request a Refund

Details to Include: Your name, order number, product/service purchased, and reason for the refund request.
4. Processing Time
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Completed consultancy work.
- Completed and delivered web design or AI solution projects.
- Downloaded eBooks (unless they are defective or duplicate charges occurred).
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
